The GBK method is centred on learning how to properly use your fists for punching, your shins for kicking, as well as how to use your knees and elbows as effectively as possible. You are also taught how to maintain a defensive mindset that will help minimize the damage you could be inflicting on yourself.
Students are constantly pushing to reach their desired goals during practice. Whether they are learning how to properly place a punch to the midsection properly or learning a low kick, punch combo, these GBK training students will learn how to play the offensive while they are perfecting their defensive skills. A person will make wonder progress with the GBK system when they have mastered the basic principles.
Many times a, student will start to see parallels between the challenges they face in their training and those they face daily. When this happens the student really begins to progress in their own personal transformation that will lead to them having a vast improvement in their lifestyle and well-being.
Sr. Youth & Adult Ranking System
(For all ages 16 years +)
White - Pra Jiad, entry-level.
White and Yellow - Pra Jiad, minimum 3 months of training.
Yellow - Pra Jiad, minimum 6 months of training.
Yellow and Orange - Pra Jiad, minimum 9 months of training.
Orange - Pra Jiad, minimum 1 year of training.
Orange and Green - Pra Jiad, minimum 1.5 years of training.
Green - Pra Jiad, minimum 2 years of training.
Green and Blue - Pra Jiad, minimum 2.5 years of training.
Blue - Pra Jiad, minimum 3 years of training.
Blue and Purple - Pra Jiad, minimum 3.5 years of training.
Purple - Pra Jiad, minimum 4 years of training.
Purple and Brown - Pra Jiad, minimum 4.5 years of training.
Brown - Pra Jiad, minimum 5 years of training.
