Spinning at KP Fit has never been better. We prioritize our authentic rides to well choreographed full-body rides and upbeat playlists. Spinning has taken on a new life at the KP Fit studio. Every class combines intense cardio, strength training and the state-of-the-art sound system makes hitting the hills a little easier.

We design exercise programs that are safe, effective and specifically tailored to individualized needs. We carefully analyze personal goals, exercise history and perform a fitness assessment on every client.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses body postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Yin Yoga classes consist of a series of long-held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Strength Training and Toning

Feel the burn in our strength training and toning classes that can promote weight loss, increase strength, bone and muscle health. Increase your strength and endurance in one of our classes that range from low impact to high intensity. These classes incorporate: kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, TRX and many others to maximize your strength and toning needs.

High Intensity Interval Training

50% cardio and 50% strength HIIT. This 45 minute class covers your need to move fast and lift with low weight and high reps using bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight movements and cardio training. This class will help you increase functional strength while you lean out.

Absolutely Toned

Tone and sculpt. Make muscle, burn calories, lose fat! A 45 minute toning class that will challenge you front to back, top to bottom.
